Authentic witnesses to the earliest printing techniques, each poster is meticulously produced in our workshop in Provence, where craftsmanship and tradition converge. Each illustration is digitally drawn with a digital pen on a graphic tablet before being engraved onto a magnesium plate. This plate is heated to 120°C and pressed with approximately 30 tons of pressure into the paper to create a distinctive debossing, typical of LetterPress.

During the "printing" process, a marking film with aluminum pigments is placed between the paper and the metal plate. Under the effect of pressure and heat, the pigments are transferred into the engraved recesses, ensuring a unique color and texture.

Our art papers are selected for their exceptional quality: flexible and durable, they are made from virgin pulp, deeply dyed for vibrant colors. Adhering to the strictest environmental standards, they are both 100% recycled and 100% recyclable.

Each piece is unique: our platen presses from the 1950s impart a distinctive character to each poster. Their robustness and ingenious mechanics ensure a print that combines elegance and quality, unique to LetterPress.
